We currently ship to customers in the contiguous United States.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 7-12 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order, customized, oversized, or freight items may require additional production or handling time. If extra time is needed, we will contact you by email.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery to the contiguous United States usually takes 20-30 business days after processing.
The estimated total delivery time from order placement is usually 27-42 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.

Delivery Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories unless confirmed by our customer service team before purchase.

Import Duties and Taxes

For standard shipping to the contiguous United States, applicable shipping and import duties are covered by Eastimber unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
