We currently ship to customers in the United States.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 7-12 business days. Made-to-order or customized products may require additional production time. If your order requires extra time, we will contact you by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping to the United States usually takes 20-30 business days after processing.
Oversized lighting and furniture items may ship by ocean freight and final-mile delivery, with an estimated total delivery time of 28-40 business days.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.
Delivery Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories unless confirmed by our customer service team before purchase.
Taxes & Import Duties
For standard shipping to the United States, applicable shipping and import duties are covered by Eastimber unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available upon request before purchase. Additional express shipping fees, duties, or customs-related charges may apply and will be confirmed by our customer service team.
Order Cancellation
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment may be subject to a 5% handling fee.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
