Refund Return Policy
Eastimber provides a 30-day return window for all purchased products. You may submit a return request within 30 days after receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, uninstalled, and returned with all original tags, accessories, manuals, parts, and undamaged original manufacturer packaging.
Proof of Purchase
All return requests must include a valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Do not send products back without written return authorization. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is caused by product damage, defect, or an error on our part, Eastimber will cover the approved return shipping cost.
For returns requested for personal reasons, including ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
Eastimber does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eastimber.com with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and photos of the packaging.
