Thank you for shopping with Eastimber. We are committed to providing quality furniture and lighting products and clear after-sales support.

Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, and protective materials included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Installed or assembled products
- Used, damaged, or modified products
- Light bulbs and other consumable accessories
- Clearance or final sale items, if marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eastimber.com. Please include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and photos of the packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement part, replacement product, repair solution, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping Cost

If the return is caused by a product defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part, Eastimber will cover the approved return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

Returns for personal reasons may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs for large furniture and lighting products.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment may be subject to a 5% handling fee.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return request.

Do not send products back without written return authorization. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted or refunded.
