Eastimber Limited Warranty
At Eastimber, we stand behind the quality of our furniture, lighting, materials, craftsmanship, and product components. This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
1. Warranty Coverage
Eastimber provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery on defects in materials, frames, workmanship, lighting components, non-lighting electronic components, and normal product functionality under regular residential use.
For fabric, seat cushions, leather covers, LED lighting components, and similar wear-related parts, Eastimber provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. After the warranty period, replacement parts may be available for purchase at a reasonable cost, subject to availability.
2. Our Responsibility
If Eastimber determines that a covered product has a defect under normal use during the warranty period, Eastimber may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace the defective part or product, provide an appropriate adjustment, or issue a refund.
The remedy provided under this Limited Warranty will be the original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy. Eastimber’s total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
This warranty does not cover labor costs, electrician fees, removal costs, installation costs, reinstallation costs, or any other related expenses unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, loss, or defects caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, or abnormal use
- Improper handling, storage, or transportation after delivery
- Accidents or negligence
- Acts of God or events beyond human control, including floods, earthquakes, storms, or other natural disasters
- Improper installation
- Failure to follow product instructions or care guidelines
- Improper cleaning or maintenance
- Use of abrasive cleaners, powdered cleaners, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, chlorine, steel wool, wire brushes, or other harsh cleaning tools
- Exposure to chemicals, strong cleaning agents, excessive moisture, extreme humidity, or harsh outdoor environments
- Unauthorized modifications, adjustments, repairs, or use of non-approved parts or accessories
- Use of components or products not supplied by Eastimber
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
Normal wear and tear includes, but is not limited to, reduced surface gloss, minor scratches, stains, fading, discoloration, patina, alkaline corrosion, or changes caused by cleaning methods, water quality, humidity, sunlight, or atmospheric conditions. These conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.
For lighting products, improper wiring or installation by an unqualified person may void this warranty. Hardwired lighting products should be installed by a licensed electrician.
4. Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only when all original components are supplied by Eastimber. Using parts, accessories, or components from another manufacturer may void the warranty.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred to heirs, subsequent owners, or any other person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Eastimber will not be responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, promotional costs, manufacturing costs, administrative expenses, reputational harm, or loss of customers. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

- Your original order confirmation or order number

- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Photos of the packaging, if the issue may be related to shipping damage
Eastimber may request additional information before approving a warranty claim. Please do not return any product or part before receiving written instructions from our customer service team.
6. Final Notes
This Limited Warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover dissatisfaction caused by improper use, incorrect installation, normal aging, natural material variation, or changes in appearance resulting from regular use.
Eastimber reserves the right to update this Limited Warranty from time to time. The warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
